Our Riesling is made from 100% free-run juice. This elegant and dry style Riesling reveals honey and citrus blossom on the nose and has subtle mineral and zesty flavors, with a hint of candied lemon peel.
2016 Pinot Noir
Our Pinot Noir grapes were cold soaked for 5 days before fermentation with 50% whole bunches to add tannins and complexity. The wine was then 100% matured in French & Hungarian oak barriques for 12 months.
2017 Fumé Blanc
Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are grown onsite. They were whole bunch pressed and for 20% matured in French oak barriques for 3 months, adding a subtle, smoky and smooth complexity to the wine.
2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were cold soaked for 5 days and crushed and destemmed before fermentation in an open fermenter. The wine was then 100% matured in French oak puncheons for 12 months.
2013 Blanc de Noir
Our Blanc de Noir is made using the traditional method from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes grown onsite. The wine base was on lees for a min. of four years and each bottle has been aged at least six months from disgorgement.
2016 Sparkling Cider 750ml
Golden Delicious, Frederick, and Cox Orange Pippin from our own apple orchard. This is a delicious dry cider to enjoy with friends and a classic Aussie bbq. The perfect thirst quencher on a warm summer day.
