At Winter Brook we like to keep it simple. We make spectacular, limited release wines brought to you via our Cellar Door or online store. Join our wine club or come in and see us in the beautiful West Tamar Valley of Tasmania. We are only a stunning scenic 30 minute drive from Launceston. Our Cellar Door hours are Thursday to Monday from 11am to 4pm, for groups over 6 please make a reservation as we are a small Cellar Door. Last booking time is 3.30pm. We have 6 wines and a cider on tasting, for a $5 non refundable fee.
